The Challenge

AI had made building websites dramatically faster. Website QA was still painfully manual.

The category Superflow is in is inundated with similar AI tools - to make the claim strong, we needed proof-led visual storytelling.

Superflow built something genuinely exciting and essential for marketing agencies - AI agents that turn an agency's QA checklist into automated agents that scan websites, find issues and pin them directly where they occur on the page.

But “AI agents automate website QA” doesn't explain the experience.

For a new category, the launch video had to do more than list features. It had to give people a mental model they could understand in seconds - while making the product itself the proof.

They were launching across Product Hunt, YC, X, and YouTube. They had been producing videos internally, but for a category-defining launch, they needed a video that didn’t just show the product - it needed to plant a phrase:

“Figma comments on your live site, but AI leaves the first round for you.”

The video had to make the viewer’s current workflow feel painful in the first 10 seconds, then show the product doing something surprising - an AI agent pinning a finding on a live page, right where the issue lives. No hype language. The magic had to come from watching the product work.

The Process - Brief to Launch in 2 Weeks

Research

We dug into the current QA process, what the agents actually do, where humans stay involved, Superflow's differentiation, its audience, brand personality and what the viewer needed to remember.

Figjam: Script + Storyboards + Styleframes

Then we translated the entire product story to one visual flow:

AI made websites faster → QA remained painfully manual → Superflow turns the QA checklist into agents → agents scan the site and pin findings → humans review and fix → client gets a link to approve.

Styleframes vs Final Animation

From there, we built the video around showing the product doing the work - rather than telling people what the AI could do with hype visuals or typography. The visuals were grounded in the product and audience pain points.

The result was a 30-second launch story that moved from the problem to the product to the outcome without turning into a feature tour.

Problem + Intro + Product Moments

The Result

Fabel turned a complex review workflow into a simple visual story - helping prospects understand what Superflow does, how it works, and why it matters before they ever tried the product.

Takeaways for founders about to launch

Your launch video doesn't need to explain everything your product does.

Especially when you're introducing something new, the job is to answer three questions quickly:

-> What problem exists today and for whom?

→ What have you built to change it?

→ What are the 2-3 product moments that make the outcomes visible for your audience?
